All charter schools must work with an authorizer: an organization that oversees the school's progress.  ERATS works with the Osprey Wilds Environmental Learning Center, based in Sandstone, MN (formerly the Audubon Center).

Every few years, ERATS and Osprey Wilds collaborate on a contract that contains goals and accountability measures.  To view the current contract between ERATS and Osprey in .pdf format, click this link (warning:  8.9 MB file size).

ERATS has visited Osprey Wilds many times, participating in superb outdoor activities and meeting their rescue/rehabilitation ambassadors, such as Spike the porcupine!
